Awesome location and great host
Perfect location within walking distance of all the bars and clubs in Playa D'en Bossa. Mandy was a great host very responsive to any questions and had recommendations/ info to cover every question/ need you may have. Size of the house is great for a big group of friends, only feedback would be the house is a little tired and could benefit from some TLC.

Baraque en piteux état
Situation top mais photos mensongères. Airco ne fonctionnent pas tous, on réclame, 3 jours d attente pour réparation. Prises électriques tombant du mur, cafards dans la cuisine, appareillage rouillé, douches foutues (2 jours d attente pour réparation), jardin non entretenu avec débris autour. Aucune réaction des propriétaires qui se remplissent juste les poches avec un loyer.

Very Basic for the price you pay
The villa was in a great location , however it was very basic . The electrics could do with an update ( sockets hanging off etc ) , bathrooms were shocking - sinks hanging off the wall , and showers hanging off . We’ve all been bitten , hoping it wasn’t bed bugs !!

Booked this with 16 of my friends for long weekend.
When we arrived to check in previous holiday makers stuff was still there and cleaners were sat eating and drinking at the table. We were given 1 key and one lock on front door no

Everything was dated in house !
Showers came out slow and warm for around two minutes !
Aircon only worked in 3
Of the rooms the others were just blowing hot air.
One aircon leaked on back
If house and dripped all day when sat in the garden
We had a dead mouse in pool on day of arrival so never used the pool after that !
Door to bedroom was broken after a day and would not open so couldn’t use one bedroom so had to sleep on sofa for two nights . Had to climb up roof on back of the house to take two suitcases down.
We’re told after checkout that door was our fault and that we had damaged a towel and a window which we never used !!!
Was made to pay 400 euros before we were allowed to take bags and threatend with further charges if we did not pay in cash
Location to beach and clubs is brilliant but in a very tight neighbourhood so not good for stag or time with friends so pointless being able to have 18 people there and be told your not allowed to make any noise in ibiza !!!

Great villa in a great location with great support staff. In a quiet neighborhood though.
Everything was perfect. The support staff were amazing and the villa was beautiful. It is in a quiet neighborhood though - wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to party at the house at all. The neighbors are extremely strict and you can get hit with a large fine. Recommend staying here for the more relaxing vacation / not the party type.

Big house- self service
We had a wonderful time in Ibiza with 15 girls on the property. There was plenty of room in terms of bedrooms but the living room is very small and there is no furniture in the foyer area. The kitchen is also small and a little rusty but enough to get the job done. The house is locked with a series of padlocks which gets a little difficult to see in the dark but we managed well. This is a self service house, so when you run out of toilet paper, which happened to us the first day, you must walk to the market which is an 8 minute walk away. Playa den bossa is a very central location which makes cabs very easy. The bathrooms are clean but a little bit rusty. Although this was a great house to suit our needs, it is not a luxury house but cute and artsy. The pool is too cold to use except possibly at the end of a very hot afternoon

Zeer mooi huis met ruime slaapkamers en grote tuin
Zeer mooi verblijf ! Wij hebben hier met 4 gezinnen een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad.
Vanwege het slechtere weer is er één minpuntje, namelijk het ontbreken van een living.

Best location! So close to the beach :-)
Good spacious villa - easily sleeps 19 people with a big reception room downstairs and a good sized kitchen and pantry. The outside area is great with a good sized pool, plenty of sun loungers for all staying and a seperate BBQ area.
Villa was nice and clean when we arrived, towels both for the pool and bathroom were provided along with a soundsystem, TV, hairdryers and a few essentials like tea, coffee, sugar and some spices in the kitchen. Kitchen well stocked in terms of utensils, plates, glasses etc. The wifi was faster than in my home back in Germany ;-)
Photos on trip advisor are really accurate so that was really good and the hosts were great - super responsive, gave loads of tips, organised transfers and taxis for us, fixed anything we needed sorting straight away and were really friendly.
Supermarket is literally a 2 min walk away which is really good and of course you can walk here to Playa den Bossa beach in maximum 5 minutes. Taxis are super easy to grab and were available around the corner nearly 24 hours.
A great villa and I would definitely recommend, especially if you don't want to rent a car.

Unforgettable holidays at this awesome villa!!
We had a wonderful time with a big group of 20 friends!!
Best location on the island! Within walking distance to the beach, clubs (Ushuaïa, Hï, Sankeys, Dc10), restaurants, bars, groceries and all attractions of Playa d’en Bossa and Ibiza town. Local Taxi stand was also only 2 minutes away (can be worth Gold in Ibiza during high season!!). The villa itself is situated in a peacefull neighborhood and beautiful newly and furnished (AC's in every room were helping a lot). Villa has plenty of space.
Thanks also to the super host Chris who helped us before and during our stay with recommendations for restaurants, private beaches, BBQ villa service and many more.

Awesome big villa at the beach! Very friendly too!
Chris asked us to write a review for this beautiful house as we stayed there for a week in August 2017. Our stay at Bossa Palms was fantastic!! The location in the heart of Playa d’en Bossa is quite but everything within a very short week, incl. to the beautiful beach just about 4 min. walk. The villa comes with plenty of spaces and is big enough to host 20 persons like our group. The sitting area outside was a stunner especially the big handmade massive dining table made out of a Filipino canopy situated btw. grand Palm trees - super lovely! The pool was big and a great spot throughout the day!
We will come back for sure - but will book next time directly to avoid Home Away fees haha.
