The 400 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer, and beach/pool towels.
