Access is through an automatic gate, and there is space to park several vehicles. The pool measures 8x4 m and features lounge chairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower.

The building faces north, keeping the house pleasantly cool during the hot summer months.

A large living-dining room and an open kitchen are on the main floor. The living room opens onto a terrace with an outdoor table overlooking the pool and offering a view of the sea.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and other appliances.

On this floor, there are also two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The first bedroom has a 1.80 m x 2 m bed, and the second is a large room with two single beds, a television, and a sofa.

The full bathroom with a bathtub is shared by these two bedrooms.

On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms: one double with a 1.80 m x 2 m bed and another with two single beds. There is also a full bathroom with a shower here, shared by these two bedrooms. Only the upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning; downstairs, there are fans.

On this second floor, there is also a large terrace, ideal for practicing yoga or enjoying the magnificent views.
It also has a covered outdoor terrace with a barbecue and a large table, perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, or dinner al fresco.

This house is ideal for one or two families or for small groups. The nearest supermarket is just a short walk away, and the beach is within walking distance—a pleasant stroll.
