"In summer very few dining options and property is definitely run down. No AC in rooms. It's definitely a winter only hotel. Staff tried their best and breakfast decent for short stays. Can get old if you don't eat pork like us. "

"Beautiful, unique property on a very tranquil and scenic location. A 7,5 km drive up from the main road brings you to the top of the hill. Stunning finca with magnificent views and silence all around, pure heaven! The staff are brilliant, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. True hospitality. "Great hotel in a charming village. We were really surprised by the quality of their breakfast with local products, way beyond anyone's expectations. Bring ear plugs if the church bells announcing the time every 15min could potentially influence your sleep."

"There was a change in hotel management during our stay. As the new managers were moving into their own accommodations, the main portion of the hotel was closed. Therefore this review is based only upon our stay in the luxury cabin: Positives: - The room is spectacular with amazing views - Bed is extremely comfortable. Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while travelling Europe. - Location is fantastic. Very quiet and near a donkey sanctuary. - With the restaurant being closed, the new managers provided us with a basket of food to prepare in the in-suite kitchen. - Short walk to town and all the trails - Swimming pool right outside the door of the suite. If the hotel is running at full capacity, I am not sure if this is private but it was for us which was fantastic. - New management was very friendly and accommodating. Negatives: - None If you travel to Rupit and want to spend a couple of nights, Santa Llucia is the best choice. "
