The inviting living room with air conditioning and fireplace opens onto a sunny terrace. A fully equipped kitchen adjoins a dining area and a cosy living area with a TV. The master bedroom has a 135x190 cm bed, air conditioning and a private balcony, while the second bedroom has two 90x190 cm single beds and air conditioning. The third bedroom has a 150x190 cm bed and air conditioning, ensuring restful nights for all. Two bathrooms, including one ensuite, are equipped with modern showers.

The outdoor areas are a highlight, inviting you to relax and enjoy. A covered barbecue area complements the inviting pool with parasols, which is surrounded by sun loungers.
