"First time visit to Spain. Stayed 3 nights in Malgrat. Nice little coastal town. There is a long stretch of beach. Not like some other places with small scattered pockets of beach. "Fantastic view of the sea and the Castle in the distance from the deck. Everything you could need and very central to the town. Francoise and her husband are the nicest people can’t do enough for you. She even left us a jug of homemade Sangria, which was the best we’ve taste. We had a very nice relaxing visit and stay. "Apartment was pretty clean and well equipped for vacation stay. All appliances and AC working. Furniture, linen, mattresses, dishes all of mid grade from IKEA store. In general, expect to have value for the money paid. The building and surrounding area is well maintained and surprisingly quiet in day and night. Taking the proximity to the beaches this is ideal location for beach vacation. Short walking distance to food stores and restaurants."

"Francesc was a pleasure to deal with and so friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pools. Some nice eateries nearby and the bus stop is very handy to get into Lloret. 2 beaches within walking distance [6 and 10 mins]. Supermarkets , pizzerias and a bakery 5 minutes walk. Huge terrace to enjoy the evening sun. Good wifi and aircon. We plan to return."

"First of all, I have to say one night in Olot is not long enough, but Lia and Enric were fantastic hosts and made sure we made the most of our short visit.
