Breakfast buffet was really very good. Pool area has a great vibe. Lovely staff. Rooms are designed well with the exception of lights and mirrors for makeup. The mirror over the sink is tiny and there is t one over the desk so you have to sit on the floor in front of the full length. Another case of the designer probably not staying in the room to gauge user-friendliness. Staff very good. Lunch yummy. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing hotel with really nice and attentive staff. In particular the breakfast restaurant staff was always smiling and very professional. The breakfast was fantastic, wide range of products, all super fresh and delicious. The adult pool was great, very cool and relaxed vibes, good DJ. The gym was pretty limited, mostly cardio stuff, no real free weights. Location is ok, but I hadn’t paid attention it was in San Antonio. Overall we had a really nice stay.

Absolutely best hotel ever stayed in. Service was great from the valet parking everyday to reception to the pool staff to the rooms. It was all fantastic!! We want to try another Oku now. Highly recommend the stay!

Beautiful, clean and well kept property. Absolutely terrible and expensive service around the pool. Weird thing - two separate single duvets on a king size bed, I kept waking up freezing! But really lovely hotel

OKU was divine!! Amazing experience throughout our stay!! Johnny was very attentive at the pool area!! Ucy was a ray of sunshine at the spa, Galina was truly amazing when I had my OKU signature facial!! Supervisor- sorry didn’t get her name, went above and beyond on our last day!! Thank you, we will definitely be returning to this hotel- it was a vibe!!

This was our third stay at OKU Ibiza and once again, it was absolutely fantastic. The fact that many of the staff members are still the same since our first visit says a lot. The entire team is warm, professional, and truly passionate about what they do. The service is outstanding and truly deserves praise. The rooms are, as always, spotless, beautifully designed, and offer everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hotel grounds are stunning and perfectly maintained — a true oasis of peace and comfort. The main pool is incredibly large and not only visually impressive but also perfect for both swimming and relaxing. There’s also a smaller pool for children, which we found very thoughtful for families. OKU Ibiza remains a very special place for us. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Our OKU experience was top notch from the beginning to end. The staff were very professional and helpful, from the porters to reception to a top notch concierge who arranged amazing tables at nearby restaurants. Great poolside music and service. Short walk to the beach. Highly recommend a stay at OKU.

Malfunctioned Aircon - nothing was done

OKU Ibiza is a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Reason for rating our stay with only two stars is that we had a luxery junior suite where the aircon was malfunctioning. The issue was addressed every day but never fixed. Standard answer was 'I am really sorry about that' but difficult to use that for anything. We paid almost EUR 4500 for three nights and did not have one good night of sleep. Just not good enought.

From the gentleman who looks after your car who offered water to go to the airport with to reception putting in cava and a cake for my partners birthday without asking. Wonderful hotel and I really hope I can come back one day x

My second time staying at this hotel and it did not miss. I had an amazing time and luckily got upgraded to a junior suite! Only thing I would wish is that they work on the mould infestation in the corners in the showers (and rooms also I guess). Overall superb experience and the spa is great!
