The woman at reception who checked us in on the 16/08/2024 deserves a pay rise. Perfect receptionist polite and very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here. Clean, perfect location in San Antonio, nice pool area and friendly staff.

Great third time here

Third time I have stayed here and that in itself would suggest that I think the place is worth it. Friendly staff, the best location for the sunset strip etc. Lovely pool area of its own too. Very reasonably priced and clean.

Magnífica relacción calidad precio. A nosotros nos salvó las vacaciones, porque el primer día alquilamos un apartamento en Santa Eulalia y tuvimos que salir corriendo de la suciedad que tenía y dimos con este hotel. El hotel don Pepe, está en todo el centro de San Antonio, a dos minutos del Puerto y tiene aparcamiento asegurado. Sin grandes lujos, es muy limpio, tiene aire acondicionado, vistas a la Bahía y piscina... que no opino, porque no utilizamos. El personal del hotel super atento y muy agradable. Volveremos sin dudarlo

AC didn't work properly for the humidity and asked to get it checked twice but didn't happen. tried everything I could by switching the mode but did not sleep well at all. even had to open the sliding door instead. it was alright. up the hill, so a bit of a walk and climb if u dislike walking. the lady that checked us in was the only good thing we liked about the stay

Ótima localização, perto de vários restaurantes, de bares e lojas (mercados bem próximos e da agitação da vida noturna). Muito sicencioso. Cozinha no quarto muito eficiente. Fiquei chateada por a piscina fechar as 6pm, ainda com muito sol e calor. Quarto espaçoso, porém decoração antiga, cama com colchão muito duro (foi desconfortável porque fiquei 5 noites), banheiro muito limpo. Elevador bem antigo e lento, por isso pretendíamos utilizar as escadas.

Front desk staff Lucia was very nice and helpful, she gave good advice and directions for beaches and bus station. It was close to harbor, night life and easy walk to buses. The sister property across street had a larger pool and was great for check out Day as we could use the showers there and Don PePe stored our luggage.

This hotel was an adults only one so we thought it would be a bit more lively specially at the pool. However, there was no music at the pool and it was boring to which we only sat out there twice as got sick of sand at the beach, when we get ready to go out we got told to turn the music by security. Also I had 300 euros stolen from my room, during the second day we stayed a guy that worked there just let himself into our room without asking and we had to tell him to get out and when I checked my money I noticed the money was gone. I reported it to receptionist, her English was shocking, only way we could communicate was via her computer using google translator, she was not helpful at all and basically said it was down to me to go to police station which I thought was shocking as to why it should be up to me to go to police station when it was a hotel I was staying in and people have keys just letting themselves in whenever, of course I didn't get the money back and I've been to ibiza so many times I've never had money stolen nor came across people letting themselves in to our rooms without our acknowledge. Safe to say that was the worst hotel and worst experience I've ever had on holiday and would recommend that no one goes stays there!

El hotel queda cerca a una zona de muchos bares y discotecas. pero pocos restaurantes, al ser una zona de fiesta no se consiguen restaurantes antes de las 11 am. si hay supermercados para comprar previsiones y preparar los desayunos en la habitación (hay cocina) . la atención en la recepción es muy buena. pero el servicio de aseo es malo. cuando llegamos la habitacion olia a cigarrillo y solo se quito hasta el final del dia y dejando las ventanas abiertas todo el día. al dia siguiente apenas si tendieron la cama en el servicio de habitación. teniendo en cuenta la ubicación y el precio es una buena opción

lovely stay

As two friends visiting Ibiza we found this hotel to be in a prime location for going to the Sunset Strip and watching the Sunset one way and in the opposite direction it is a 2 minute walk to the West End, main bay area and restraurants. The hotel was kept extremely clean with our room being cleaned and new towels left often. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us - dealing with any queries promptly and with ease. We were even allowed to use their luggage room upon checking out - saving us from lugging around our suitcases on the day we flew out. When we booked we were lead to believe we would have kitchenette facilities in our room - we only had a fridge. This was great for sandwiches and drinks but it would have been nice to have a kettle at the very least. You'll probably find you end up eating out most days anyway! There is also a pool at the hotel, open til 6PM everyday with the use of the sister hotel's across the road if you want to swim for longer. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Don Pepe!
