The air conditioner in the apartment is next to useless leaving most of the apartment consistently at no cooler than 85 degrees Fahrenheit. There were roaches in the halls and the pipes make the loudest noise imaginable. The benefits are that the property is located in a nice area of San Antonio, which makes many activities and transportation easily walkable. There are also some nice cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. It's just a shame that the state of the apartment made it a dread to return to since we would be baking each night. It is cheap so you certainly get what you pay for.

There was nobody at the front desk to welcome me in. After waiting for almost one hour, I left to stay at a hotel across the street. The place still charged me for the two nights even though I did not stay there. I requested a refund and I am still waiting.

We was on a stag do and we had 6 rooms. Everything you needed for 21 lads and for the price was excellent. Good location. Staff was a bit hesitant at first with a big group and did come across a bit strict and rude, but our time passed with no problems and would use the hotel again in the future.

Good Little Find!

Just returned from a 5 night stay at these apartments, there was 6 of us in the group with a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartments are very spacious, there were 4 single beds in bedrooms and 2 sofa beds in the front room, we had 3 good sized balconies. There is no lift at the property which isn’t great when your on the 3rd floor with big suitcases! Air-con is only in the front room so bedrooms get incredibly hot. There is a fully equipped kitchen and decent sized fridge. Location is good, about 10 minute walk to Mambos/ and 10 minutes in the opposite direction to the West-end, it’s just opposite Ibiza rocks. Towels changed twice in the 2 days but apartment was never cleaned/or beds changed. The apartment has no pool but you can use the pool from Hotel Tropical down the road which is a short 5 minute walk, it’s 5 Euro entry but then you get that back in a drinks voucher. Overall Great little stay, had no problems, would stay again!

Friendly staff and very spacious apartment

This apartment is everything you need for a stay in san an. There was 4 of us and there would defo have been enough room for the 6 with two beds in the living area which are dressed like sofas loads of seating areas and 3 balconies 1 in each room and 1 in living room. Staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The restaurant downstairs is fab and great value for money. The only downside was we didn’t have anyone come in to clean but we were only there for 3 nights so it wasn’t too bad but the bathroom was gross after 4 girls getting ready every night! There is no pool at the apartment but you can use the hotel pool down the road at the hotel tropical.
