The hotel is really beautiful, service is great, room is big, clean, has all the amenities. Food is super delicious and great variety for breakfast or dinner. Had little confusion for the extra charge for SPA, so be aware it cost extra, but in Expedia site its not really visible, so needs to be updated. But SPA is worth visiting, really great.
Overall enjoyed our stay, thank uoy to reception team for being so helpful and welcoming, bar and restaurant staff for their great service.

Overall a very nice hotel. The room was stylish and comfortable, but we'd have preferred more drawer space. Our other grumble is the paper cups for hot drinks.

The hotel is in a great location. The hotel is beautiful. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of food. Unfortunately the noise in the hotel ruined our experience. It sounded like furniture was being moved above and beside us all night. Also they have music playing in the hallways which is nice until you are trying to sleep then it sounds like someone is having a party.

Location location location! Everything was walkable.
We were able to get the room early which was amazing after our long flight and feeling the jet lag. The hotel and room was super nice, our bathroom was kind of tiny. The breakfast was a big highlight.

The property was just ok. It’s well located but it has a few night clubs in the corner that gets loud at night and not to pretty to walk with kids.
The bed was not to confortable and the breakfast was just ok.

Excellent stay. We stayed in a junior suite and it had lots of room and space. Really comfortable bed and great amenities. We used the handy lockers located by the gondola to ski every day of our stay.
