"Have a great stay. Very comfortable bed. I stayed in a no windows room but Love the bathtub. Entrance to the hotel is a bit tricky, have to pass thru a small alley beside the mall to get to the lift to get to 6th floor. Does not have clear direction. "

"It’s a self check-in hotel that eliminates the front desk staff. Hence, there’s no human touch at all. Though the hotel is pretty new and good but I still prefers the human touch that you can talk to when you needed help or an enquiry and not talking to a machine. The other negative point was to check-in at 1600 hrs which is rather not the norm. "
