"The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. They helped us arrange all our trips around the island. The restaurant is also amazing, with great food and atmosphere. The only downside is the lots of stairs, and carrying bags up and down was a little hard, but the staff is pleased to help. Overall, it was a great stay and I would 100% recommend it!"

"The room is excellent, spotless, clean linens, complete amenities, towels but no face towel. We choose upgrade room with ocean view, it was great but I think the hotel needs install more lights in the hall on the way to elevators.. My wife and I were so glade and satisfied stay at Meruorah Hotel. I will recommend my family and friends to stay at this hotel when they go to Labuan Bajo-Komodo Island. "

"Fantastic stay at the Zasgo Hotel. Enjoyed 2 nights in a comfortable clean room with a delicious breakfast and wonderful pool. Hotel arranged airport transfer and the driver was waiting upon our arrival. Check in and check-out was smooth and all staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent. Very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. I would highly recommend staying at the Zasgo Hotel "

"Absolutely amazing, this resort really is something special. We stayed in a room over the water for 11 nights. Luckily, we were allocated the room at the very end of the jetty. Rooms are allocated on an availability basis, we would have been happy with any of them. It’s the staff who make it, nothing is a problem & everyone knows their job. This is a very well led & run resort. Such a relaxed atmosphere. Staff all deserve a mention, there are many please take this as a collective thanks you to everyone who helped make our stay so special. Great restaurant, fresh fish cooked with love every night. Breakfasts are 3 course so really sets you up for the day. You can swim from the room at high tide. The reef is 200m out on the edge of the bay. Swimmable & they have created a pontoon or take out a kayak. Visible was great, crystal clear most days. Sunset from the end of the jetty are a great way to start the evening & handily there is a bar at the end of the jetty. We moved to a room on the hillside for the final three nights. This was great as a different experience. The private plunge pool is a very special touch. Get used to living with wildlife; monkeys, millipedes & so many birds. Great communal pool and it’s such a small resort than nothing ever feels crowded. At times were the only people using the pool or the only people on the reef. We took a one day snorkelling trip into Komodo Park booked through the resort. We saw turtles, a manta ray & much more"

" --- 5★ Review – Excellent Value Stay at Centro Bajo Hotel Centro Bajo Hotel may be a budget option and a little older, but for the price it’s unbeatable. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the rate even includes airport pick-up and drop-off, which made arrival and departure stress-free. Breakfast offered several choices, and our twin room was clean and comfortable with cold AC and good beds. Hot water was limited, and the bathroom/shower is combined, but these are minor points given the overall value. The hotel is located just outside of town, which we actually preferred—it’s quieter and away from the noise of the centre. Getting into town is easy and inexpensive: a Grab scooter ride costs only 15,500 rupiah (about $1.30 CAD or $0.93 USD) about a 15 - 20 min walk. For what you pay, I can’t imagine finding better value. Excellent service, convenient transfers, and a peaceful setting. I’d happily stay again. "

"The staff are amazing -- everyone was incredibly helpful and professional. The room was good sized and very clean. The hotel grounds are lovely, with a very nice pool, private beach, and gardens. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, and the restaurant serves alcohol in the afternoon and evening. We liked the Jayakarta so much that we stayed there twice. We will happily stay there again on our next visit."
