"We loved this hotel. We were particularly impressed with the kindness of the staff. Sujawa, in particular, greeted us with warmth and made sure we were immediately comfortable after coming into the hotel on a very hot day. She also explained the local bus service and allowed us to check in earlier than anticipated, which made our day in Nikko so much easier and more enjoyable.
