"In a historic building in the very heart of town center . Rooms are huge, service is amazing. Everything is almost perfect , but for 5starsL I must say: breakfast needs to be improved (quality is excellent , but lacks of choices ) and in a suite coffee station should be mandatory… there was not even a boiler :-("

"The staff at the Palazzo were over the top. This Palace is so beautiful and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. The reception staff Alonso, Matteo, Virgile, Isabella, Virgilio were very kind and helpful. They suggested places to visit things to do in the area and booked dinner reservations. The Restaurants that they suggested were excellent and all within walking distance. The Place suggested a spa. We had a couples massage with Claudia and Enza. This is one of the best massages we have ever experienced. Thank you Ladies. Claudia and Enza are very professional and kind. The Spa is amazing. We also met the owners of the Palace and had a very nice conversation. It was a pleasure to meet them. A shout out for Alfonso which is a very special person. "Great location, by the sea. Clean and nice staff. The swimming-pool isn't really a swimming pool, more a jacuzzy, but nice to be on the roof and enjoy the view on the sea."

" This is not a Grand hotel in the sense of the Danieli or Excelsior, however, that is probably because they choose not to have a restaurant, even though they put out a sumptuous breakfast and have a commercial kitchen and plenty of staff. Our room had filthy old green carpeting, but we noticed in the long hallway that some rooms have modern wood flooring, which is much more sanitary I don't know why we weren't given the upgrade since we are hotel gold members. The only other issue was the parking which we tried to reserve well in advance, but was unavailable, which was disappointing since we have a brand new Mercedes-Benz . The staff was very pleasant and the bathroom was spacious and had the best shower of our trip. Overall, it was good value for the money and it's probably one of the better hotels in Lecce."

"Great pool, breakfast and service. Staff are all wonderful. Short taxi ride to Gallipoli old town - pretty easy to walk there if it's not too hot. We had a lovely time. "

"Stayed here for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free bikes to use and a bus service into the city. Beaches 7 minutes by bike. Breakfast, ok, lots of fruit and croissants, buffet with waiter service for teas and coffee. Bar in both parts of the hotel and free teas and coffees. Great pool "
