Gives a flair of thold Konak custom. No tea service or so, but you can drink your tea/coffee on the inner balcony that you can prepare with a heater in your room. There are Rooms for 2-4 people. The "bathroom" is a completely closable box/cuboid within the room. So, when you need to stand up in the night and switch on the light it may disturb others in the room. Steep stairs to the rooms.

Nice old building with a courtyard. Very Cold as we stayed in November. The electric kept going off so heating was off. Water for shower wasn’t hot enough. Noisy as no soundproofing with a pigeons nest outside the room, they were coo-ing all night. Bed was comfy though and location is good although very hard to find if you come without a taxi/ guide. We got a good rate but I’d say you get what you pay for here. Not much attention given to guests.

This is a boutique hotel and had some character, with a decent central location in the heart of the city. It advertised having a kitchen, and there was none (it seems this is common practice in Turkey, but really when we deliberately book a place because some of the facilities it claims to have, then we want those facilities). It did have a fridge, but the flex was not long enough to reach the plug, so we rearranged the room only to find the fridge didn't work anyway. Staff went to find an extension lead (for the fridge that transpired not to work), but never came back with it.

Arkadaşlar kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, temiz değildi. Çarşaflar yastık kılıfları lekeliydi. Oda içerisinde duş var ama sıcak su yok söyledik ilgilenmediler soğuk soğuk duş almak zorunda kaldık. Ütü istedim ütünün altı berbat ısınınca yapışkan siyah bir madde bırakıyor. Ayrıca sabah uyandığımızda elektriklerde yoktu. Anlayacağınız parasını ödeyip hizmet beklediğimiz hiçbir şeyin karşılığını alamadık. Duş kabini rayları yerinden çıkıyor kafamıza düşecekti. Odanın kapısında saçma bir açıklık var.

Eine einzige Katastrophe. Die Lage ist sehr unseriös. Wir wurden in die zweite „Filiale“ geschickt. Das Hotel ist sehr dreckig. Das Bad eine Katastrophe. Die Fenster waren kaputt und konnten nicht schließen. Die Hotelbesitzer haben im Hotelflur bis in die Nacht sich unterhalten und gelacht. Wir konnten kaum schlafen. Nie wieder!
