Gecenin bi vakti yaşadığım rezillik

Rezervasyon onayı almama rağmen gece otele gittiğimde yapmış olduğum rezervasyon dan dahi haberleri yoktu halbuki ücretini dahi ödedim karttan fakat otelde boş yer olmadığını rezervasyon onayını receptipn görevlisinin geç gördüğünü buna istinaden boş oda olmadığından dolayı konaklama yapamayacağımızı söyleyince ailemle beraber sap gibi kaldık.çok amatörce ve çok kötü bir durum otel ve Hotels.com berbat.
