    Large garden for private use, the property is completely fenced in with a wooden fence. Outdoor shower, various seating and sunbathing areas to enjoy.

    Fantastic views as far as the Karawanken and the Julian Alps. The nature up here is still very unspoilt, beautiful meadows and healthy forests. The hiking trail passes right by the house.

    Swimming lake St. Urban 2 km and hiking on the doorstep. Small ski area in 1.5 km and large ski area about 22 km away. Very good mild air and water.
