They charged 120 Euros extra for a 3pm Checkput, even though the rooms were totally empty! I had checked in late at 2am & while Checking in they had said I could have a relaxed checkout. But the lady at the reception seemed to be racially discriminatory & very Rudely said 40 Euros per hour for late ...
