We practically had the keys thrown at us and couldn't get directions to our room, nor was there any guidance about the hotel's facilities, etc. We had been looking forward to a swim, but we never managed to find the pool due to a lack of guidance. "The room was very large with a comfortable bed. Area was very quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was conveniently located next to the hotel which is not always the case when you're staying at old town areas in Europe. Upgrade was a nice gesture."
