"I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. "Schönes Zimmer bzw. Wohnung, gut gelegen in einer sehr schönen Region. Allerdings wurde der Aufenthalt etwas getrübt von einer Diskussion über das gebuchte Frühstück und den Zimmerpreis. Angeblich wäre das Angebot auf Expedia falsch gewesen, dafür kann jedoch der Kunde nichts."
