"My husband and I stayed here about three weeks ago for the first five nights of our honeymoon. Rita and the rest of the family were so welcoming and truly went above and beyond. "Pros: L’appartamento era moderno, pulito, provvisto di tutti gli utensili necessari. Appena fuori dal paese, la vista delle montagne tutt’intorno era bellissima. La posizione è ottima: ben collegato a tutti i paesi della Val di Casies e della val Pusteria da una strada che è facilmente percorribile anche per chi è poco abituato a guidare in montagna. Gli host sono stati cordialissimi e pronti a rispondere alle nostre richieste. Consigliatissimo!"

"Food was excellent with a good variety over the 7 days we were here. The spa is incredible after a day skiing. The service was hit and miss. Our waiter was great but the night he was off the substitute waitress was terrible. We experienced two eye rolling moments, from the staff!! Once when they brought an incorrect water bottle. The second time on checkout at reception. We had paid €70 to use the spa after checkout (11am) and our airport transfer 2:45pm. They said they had run out for bathrobes for the Spa and asked us to go back to our apartment to get ours however we informed them that our robes in the apartment were on the floor of the bathroom so they were wet. (As reception asked us to do 2 days earlier when I booked the Spa) eyes rolled again. The lady in the lounge bar was excellent and made great cocktails with very friendly service. Despite the occasional service hiccups we’d defiantly come back. "

"We stayed at Resort Schrofenblick in the Penken Apartment (3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom) and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Everything in the apartment is top quality. From the moment you enter, you notice the attention to detail. Starting with the Nuki Smart Lock at the entrance, which was very convenient. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. Bora cooker, Bosch oven and dishwasher, and even very heavy, high-quality pans (likely cast iron), which really shows that nothing was chosen cheaply. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern, spacious, and very pleasant to use. Overall, the apartment felt premium, well thought out, and perfectly maintained. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely come back, and next time we plan to stay longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a relaxing stay in Austria."

"Two sisters run this hotel and they are wonderfully kind and involved in making any stay here exceptional. The service is second to none. The breakfast is spectacular, with locally sourced farm to table products. They have a huge assortment of great tea and desserts available to guests. We didn’t hit the spa, as we stayed here during our time hiking in the Dolomites. It was a bit further out from some of the hotels nearer the hikes but it is absolutely worth it to be in such a beautiful place with such incredible hospitality. "
