Direkt am Haus ist es auch möglich, bei genügend Schnee, Schlitten zu fahren. Die Tiefgarage ist etwas versteckt direkt von der Straße, die gut befahren ist, zu erreichen, die Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus sind durch eine Schranke gesichert u. für das Appartement nicht nutzbar.
