This nicely appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers a fabulous overview of our colorful tropical grounds with the Gulf of Mexico shimmering in the distance. With an updated fully-equipped kitchen, comfy furniture and the privacy of the fourth floor (no one above!), you will have all the makings for a memorable Sanibel vacation. The large living room/dining room areas opens to a spacious screened-lanai where you can relax and enjoy the peace of Sanibel. Units are non-smoking and are decorated and equipped for your enjoyment including central air, 3 flat-screen TVs, satellite TV and WiFi. The master bedroom has a king bed, twin beds in the guest room and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. On arrival your unit is supplied with a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your convenience....all you need is your toothbrush! Beach towels are available for purchase or rent in the on-site office. This lovely unit is just around the corner from our crystal clear heated pool and a short walk to the beach, and we are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and several restaurants, plus immediate access to the Sanibel Island fabulous bike trails! Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.
