Impressed with the facade, after inspection not so much. Very poor workmanship on the stair rail, cut my hand going up the stairs, sharp edge on end of railing, poorly equipped kitchen for cooking meals, sewage smell in sink and dish washer. I always think the owners should spend a night in their homes prior to renting, how about hooks in the bathrooms to hang essentials, kitchen equipment that is, useful for preparing meals. On the good side ground are nicely landscaped and excellent location to the beach.

Hi lesley, thank you for taking the time to review this property. After thoughtful inspection we see that there are ample cooking supplies and utensils.... if there was anything additional you needed, we are always on island and happy to deliver anything you may need. Regarding the stair railing, this was repaired, but we will inspect again. Hooks and towel bars are now being installed in bathrooms. thank you again for staying with us!

Beautiful, Cozy town home.
The rental was beautiful, clean, and near the beach. Everything was brand new. The location was perfect, by our favorite portion of Sanibel’s beach. It had everything we needed, and even provided beach chairs. Hopefully next year this place will be available to rent again. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in the island.

Beach condo
Location can not be beat if you are looking for sand & Ocean view. There are a walkable restaurants & a trolley to take a short (10min) ride to St Pete Beach for more options. This condo is clean. There is a maintenance person at the building everyday and the grounds are kept up as well. The Owner was incredibly fast in all communications and proactive.

We really enjoyed our time at this place. It was clean, comfortable, and attractive. The backyard facing the water and so pretty and we even saw a dolphin! The communication with the manager was prompt and easy.

Perfect Location
We really enjoyed our stay. The place was accurately listed and had a GREAT beach, with lots of chairs, bikes for our use. Only negative was that the couch bed was a bit old and uncomfortable. Otherwise a perfect location for 4 to stay :)

Mostly good but with caveats
The living space is mostly as described and pictured, although we did miss the area rug, no big deal. But be aware that the spa, which mentioned in previous reviews as broken, was completely missing during our stay. I reached out about it and was thanked for my feedback. I don’t think this is an ethical way to list property, and could be easily rectified. It’s still a lovely rental and if we had simply been made aware beforehand, would have been a non-issue, but instead it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Two Weeks in Paradise
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Sandpiper condo on Sanibel Island. The location was great with just a short walk down Beach Road to the Gulf. Since the condo is located on a canal, we were pleasantly surprised to find manatees visiting each day. In fact one sunny afternoon, we counted a dozen!! We found the management property to be responsive to our shower head concerns and also answering some general questions not covered on the guideline sheet. Being pet friendly and also havjng a well-appointed kitchen and garage full of bikes, beach chairs, etc helped to make our stay quite delightful!!

Very easy access to beach and other areas of island. Extremely well maintained and good price. Great communication! All the amenities you need in the garage for a huge beach day, bikes, toys, umbrellas, wagons!

My family loved our stay here. The stocked garage full of bikes & beach equipment was wonderful, the beds were comfortable & clean, and our stay was quiet & serene. There was even a bachelorette party next door over the weekend, & we never heard a peep. The landscaping is beautiful & well maintained, & the location is great. The only things I’d give attention to are the fixtures in the bathroom. The showerhead puts out only a small stream of water, & the sink drain is broken / missing. These could be easily fixed & make it a A+ experience. We would recommend staying here.

Okay place but needs work.
good location but needs work. Garbage disposal didn’t work nor the dishwasher. Washed dishes by hand and had to use plunger on sink to get water to flow. air conditioner was cooling but had to run none stop. Blinds were replaced while we were there since the old ones didn’t work which was nice but still an inconvenience. only one pod for washer and dryer, no cutting board, knifes need sharpening, and hot tub didn’t work. several bike in the garage had flat tires and other issues but found a couple that did go down the road. The garage needs to be organized. I think it’s a work in progress. On the positive side it was a great location and once they have the place fixed up it will be great. Just can’t say it was great yet and wanted to be honest. check in was easy.

This was a beautifully renovated condo that had all of the amenities that our family needed. Just a short walk to the beach across the street. Complimentary bikes and beach equipment for relaxing days. Nice, private street with a cute courtyard Would highly recommend this property.

Anniversary Getaway
Upon arrival found small ghost ants on counter, vertical blinds broken upstairs and downstairs (privacy issue) and hot tub not working and was not going to be repaired (advertised hot tub) 🤨 and more too many to list. . Property not being maintained, communication was excellent with property agent and did make apologies, but did not discount off for hot tub being broken 3rd time) and owner deciding against repair. Backyard landscape was pretty and enjoyed being across the street from the beach. We were disappointed for an Anniversary Getaway and too many maintenance issues.
