At no time ever may EVs be plugged into any electrical outlets on the Loggerhead property, including but not limited to common area outlets, exterior building outlets, unit outlets, etc.
“E-Bikes on Loggerhead Cay Property E-BIKE CHARGING & PARKING AT YOUR OWN RISK. The Association and Management are not responsible for theft or damage, including issues from improper charging. E-bikes may only be stored outdoors on bike racks. Storage inside the building, in lanais, walkways, or any non-designated areas is prohibited.”
