Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good,clean, well located, quiet, spacious, well appointed apartment. Great beach nearby, good restaurants on the Island especially Doc Ford's, Lazy Flamingo 2 (RIP LF One), Wickies, Lighthouse Cafe. Really excellent fishing shops too!!

Beautiful condo

This was the perfect stay for our family vacation. It was very clean and had a beautiful ocean view. Was just steps from the beach which was extremely convenient. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. Would definitely stay again!

An affordable beach front property on Sanibel Island in September. 90 degrees, 90% humidity, and scattered rain most days. The island and beaches are lovely, and most places we visited were not busy at all. We will be back to the island (our third time will be a charm).

Family beach vacation

We make an annual trip to sanibel and this year we decided to stay at a different location, we usually stay down near Bowman Beach. We loved that this place was closer to the actual beach and we were able to see and hear the beach from our lanai. Also it was more convenient to things on the island. Had one small issue with the door lock but the rental company worked quickly to resolve it. Thank you

Dated appliances and furniture

Overall, the location of the unit was good. But many of the items in the unit were very dated, including furniture in the kitchen. There were items that I personally would’ve thrown away years ago. Also, the fact that they didn’t have enough dish, dishwashing, fluid paper towels or toilet paper is ridiculousThe property was less money per night than many of the luxury properties. I’ve rented with friends over the years, but still not nearly to the standard of the homes that stayed in with the VRBO
