  • Newly Renovated UNIT 4B2: White and bright, this beautiful one-bedroom unit is simply stunning!

    Designer-chic touches are everywhere and they blend together for a spectacular beachfront home away from home. Exquisite master bedroom. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. Queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in master bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

    Direct gulf-front views from the large lanai. Second-floor location offers an expansive view of the beach, where you can draw endless inspiration from our fabulous shoreline!

    Ocean's Reach is a strictly enforced non-smoking/non-vaping property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside condos, on lanais, or anywhere on the property. A designated smoking area is located just beyond the office near the property entrance.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was ok. I would have liked a full view mirror. Bed was very comfortable. Needed instructions on how to operate washing machine and dryer. Too much furniture to pull out sofa sleeper and shade covering door was in the way. Staff needed to police the pool. Unfortunately there were adults drinking and eating in pool area. We had grapes in the pool. People did not follow the rules regarding floats etc in the pool. Was upsetting to children as they could not enjoy the water. The landscaping was very nice. Parking was ok. View was spectacular.

Awesome Sanibel Location

The condo and surrounding area was just perfect for my 2 young daughters and I. The view from the patio was spectacular and it was great waking up every morning watching and listening to the ocean. The condo had all the amenities we needed for a 4 night stay, we we're able to cook and wash clothes, which saved us a lot of hassle. We had plenty of room and didn't feel cramped while relaxing inside during popup afternoon showers =). We saw amazing ocean and land wildlife, from iguanas to rabbits, sand dollars and starfishes. My daughters loved it so much and can't wait to come back for another vacation!

Best beach all around

From the accommodations to the calm clear water to the abundance of sea shells, this was the best beach all around. Check in and out was superbly streamlined. The covered parking was greatly appreciated and close to the room. The shops and restaurants were sufficient enough to not have to leave the island. Thank you for a great vacation, we WILL definitely be back.

Great Location with Fantastic Ocean View

We stayed for one week with our college aged son. The condo has great ocean views and I spent every morning and every evening on the patio watching the sunrise and sunset. The complex is nice with a pool, basketball court, shell washing station, and croquet. Office staff could not be any friendlier and helpful. While the unit itself isn't huge it had everything we needed and we loved being ocean front. The view never got old. Would absolutely recommend Oceans Breeze especially for families and would stay here again.

Awesome location!

Oceans Reach has a wonderful mid-island location, right on the beach! The condo was clean, nicely appointed and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!
