Mariner Pointe 522: Bay Views from 2nd Floor Condo

Mariner Pointe Update: We are finally able to welcome back guests as of January 31, 2026! Most on-site amenities have been restored including the community pools, BBQ grills, fishing pier and boat slips. There may be some additional recovery work that will take place throughout 2026 including building milestone repairs, Quantum Internet Fiber installation, tennis court restoration, and a large landscaping project. We can provide more updates once we have them however schedules may be subject to change. Even with these final touches underway, your beach vacation will still be extraordinary and we look forward to welcoming you back!

Mariner Pointe #522 is a stunning 2nd floor walk-up, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with beautiful bayside views from the screen & glass enclosed living room. This island oasis features a split floor plan with separate bedrooms, comfortable & spacious living room/dining room area, and nicely appointed & updated kitchen & bathrooms. Bask in the true beauty of Sanibel by enjoying the views of the bay and listening the waves roll in. With easy access on and off the island, the Mariner Pointe complex is conveniently located to the Sanibel Causeway, close to shopping and restaurants as well as the near-by island-wide bike paths. Your home away from home is calling! We look forward to welcoming you!

Mariner Pointe is a great community that offers an array of enjoyable amenities to its guests and is close to nearby beaches, bike paths, shops & restaurants. Enjoy two heated swimming pools, two all-weather tennis courts, a private fishing pier, eleven barbecue grills, private canal-side dockage, shuffleboard, reserved parking, deeded beach access and an easy-in/out kayak launch pad with nearby storage area.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 2 King beds & pull-out Queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, 2 heated shared pools, 2 community tennis courts, public BBQ gas grills, dock & fishing pier, in-suite washer & dryer. Bed linens and Bath towels included. No Pets allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people. Boats slip rental and kayak/paddleboard launching available on-site at Mariner Pointe for an additional fee.

Weekly Stay in Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was beautiful decorated, functional layout, spotless and lovely. We loved the furnishings and decor. The kitchen was functional to make a few meals during our stay. Loved the stocked beach closet with towls, toys, rackets, balls, she'll scoop, etc. The view was amazing. Perfect place to start the new year.
