The condominium has a great layout, was clean, comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a very nice screened balcony with amazing views of the Gulf. The location on Sanibel is tops - we rented bikes and were close enough to bike to Ding Darling, or the light house, or the grocery store. The condominium is steps to an expansive sandy beach that wasn't crowded. Beach chairs are in a storage unit so you don't have to think about those either!
