Sanibel Holiday requires an applied deposit of 20% of the base rent rate plus all rent taxes plus the non-refundable $50 reservation fee which totals $55.75 with the required Florida taxes. This totaled amount will be charged by Sanibel Holiday to the credit card provided. Your final payment amount is collected by SH and will be reduced by this charged amount. ***Please be aware that our island is still going through recovery. All public beach accesses are open, there are approximately 24 restaurants now open, as well as a few shops including Jerry’s Grocery. The Causeway is currently under repair with 20 m.p.h. speed limit. Expect traffic delays coming on and off the island. Neighboring homes and condos are making repairs so expect noise, trucks & equipment at your property and throughout the island. Construction noise from interior work in adjoining or nearby units. Some amenities in your complex may be closed. Pickle Ball & Tennis Courts construction began on12/4/23 with a targeted completion of 3/16/24. Estimated Elevator completion date for Building 5 is 1/24/24.***The pool is now open.***

Loggerhead Cay #532 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with angled views of the Gulf of Mexico. You will feel right at home and ready to enjoy your stay on Sanibel Island. A full kitchen and dining table for 6 make it easy to cook and entertain. Also provided are 3 TV's, Wi-Fi and beach equipment for your use. Loggerhead Cay complex amenities include: a heated pool, elevators, gas grills, tennis court and shuffleboard. The condo is dog friendly (25 pounds or less and 1 dog per property) with a non-refundable pet fee. This is a non-smoking property.
