  • Welcome to Island Beach Club P1B, a beautifully renovated top-floor condo located along the highly sought after West Gulf Drive. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offers stunning views of the Gulf, providing the perfect blend of comfort, style, and island serenity.

    Step inside to discover a bright, coastal-inspired interior featuring a fully equipped kitchen, private laundry room, and an open-concept living space designed for relaxation. Enjoy your morning coffee from the screened lanai while taking in the tranquil sound of the waves and tropical breezes.

    The Island Beach Club community offers a large heated swimming pool (scheduled to reopen mid to late November 2025). Shuffleboard, BBQ Grills and shower station will be available at a later date.

    Conveniently located close to Sanibel’s bike paths, local boutiques, and island-favorite restaurants, guests can easily explore the natural beauty and charm of the area. Don’t miss the J.N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge, Bailey’s General Store, and Periwinkle Way shopping and dining — all just minutes away.

The unit is gorgeous with a great view of the beach and sunset from the living room is fabulous. You don’t need to be concerned about anything if you plan to cook. We stayed for two weeks so we did some meals in the unit. The resort itself is always our favorite. Beds were great, and the recliners made for a great evening of chilling in the room. Being on island is our favorite place to be. We hope to rent this unit again. Thank you for sharing with us!
