Excellent stay
The address we were given, 3401, was/is incorrect. We were not given the name of the condo units, and once found, realized there was no signage. I called the property manager for info and was told they did not speak English, unfortunately we were not bi-lingual. We recognized the condo from the photo. Two other guests also had the same problem. Including written check out info at the condo would be helpful. After finally finding the condo, however, our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay again. Lovely visit.

I’m so sorry you had trouble finding our place, I’ve double checked all of our access instructions and still can’t figure out how you were given a street address with the digits transposed. I’m glad that after arrival you had a nice stay, and hope you do stay again!

Wonderful location and beautifully renovated condo. Just steps away from the beach and all those seashells! The owners and the concierge were easy to work with and accessible. First time back from the storm and the building has done an amazing job getting things back up and running. Happy to see the Island making its way back, so much admiration for all those who have put in the work and continue to support the Island to bring it back to its previous glory, as an amazing vacation destination, and a peaceful spot with gorgeous natural surroundings.

Nice place in Sanibel
We enjoyed our stay and the condo. The place is clean and has everything you need. The pool is quite small and not having any extra parking at all for day visitors or when someone is in your spot is really inconvenient. The location is great because it is close to so many restaurants and the grocery stores.

Great first trip to Sanibel!
Our family of four rented this condo for four nights on our first trip to Sanibel. The owner contacted us almost immediately after we booked and was kind enough to modify our reservation once we realized that we would need to arrive a day later than expected. The owner provided very good information about the property as well as some useful tips on what to do on our trip prior to our arrival. Upon arriving on the island, we easily found the management company office on the main thoroughfare to pick up the keys. The condo was easy to find as well. We found it very clean and spacious for our two adults and two kids. The property pool was just a few steps out the back patio. It was a fairly small pool, but quiet, as we rarely saw anyone there. We spent most our time on the beach, which was only a two-minute (or less) walk away from the property. There was plenty of room to set up our station on the beach, and the provided beach chairs and umbrellas made the beach days very enjoyable. We ate our breakfasts and lunches in the condo, which had ample kitchen space to prepare meals. At night, we ventured out to try the many wonderful restaurants on the island, all of which were only a few minutes away by car. Overall, we had a very positive experience with this property. I would strongly consider renting it again if we make it back to Sanibel, which we hope to do in the future.

Beautifully furnished condo
We found the property to be really well furnished. There were also many extra thoughtful touches in providing starter supplies of soap, detergent, and other items in both kitchen and bathrooms. Plus it's a close walk to the beach!

Wonderful family vacation
The property was in an ideal location. We really enjoyed shelling on the beach. The shells are like we never seen on any other beaches. Would suggest you get a shelling basket. Riding through the nature preserve was a must do and also a short cut into town. You should make bike reservations way in advance as most of the bikes were already rented without reservations.

Loved the condo. The only negative is the bed was way to soft. But everything else was perfect. Turns out that beach had the best shells and being that close to the beach is wonderful. It was hard waiting to pick up the keys.

Sanibel Getaway
We had an amazing 10 days on Sanibel. The condo is in a great location - close to the beach, shopping, and many outstanding restaurants. The weather could not have been better. The condo has all the amenities and necessities that we needed for our stay. It was nice having the beach equipment available to use. And the pool can't be beat - just walk out the lanai door and there you are. We used the pool almost every day. Dennis was very responsive to our texts and offered helpful suggestions for delicious dining options. It was a wonderful experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to rent here again.

We live in Florida so the beach was nothing new to us. However Sanibel beach is one of the best and not too crowded even close to a holiday. Found the accommodations very good with everything we needed including a very nice pool

RELAXING
We couldn't have asked for a better time on Sanibel. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable. We couldn't get over how quite it was. A few short steps brought you to the beach (less than a block) which was amazing and a quick ride brought you to shops and restaurants. I have to say the food was excellent everywhere you went. We truly hope to be back.

A little slice of paradise
We recently rented this condo for our family vacation, and I can't say enough wonderful things about it. The place was spotless and came with enough essentials (toilet paper, laundry detergent, coffee, etc.) to get us started for the week. There were also beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys available which was super convenient as out of state guests. The best parts for our family (we traveled with our 3 small children) was the pool and the beach/beach access. The pool was just the right size and we had it all to ourselves most of the time. The beach access was great - it was right behind the parking lot so we didn't need to contend with traffic and was short enough for my kids to walk by themselves without a problem. We would love to stay here again on our next visit!

Sanibel Island stay
My wife and I loved our stay at this property on Sanibel Island. We especially loved the short walk to the beach and the extras (beach chairs, umbrellas,etc) that added to the relaxing/peaceful island vibe. Dennis is quick to respond throughout the booking/stay and gave some great tips that made our first stay on the island a great one. We’ve already booked another stay here and can’t wait to get back!

Amazing place !
This was our fourth time visiting Sanibel island, and every time we had a wonderful experience. This was a first time we stayed at a condo, and I must say it made our stay even better. The apartment is spacious, has a great patio and a fantastic kitchen. We also enjoyed the pool just a few steps away from the patio. The beach is nearby, a one-minute walk among beautiful foliage. Dennis, the owner, was very kind, responsive and attentive. We will definitely be back !

Great Condo!
Wonderful lodgings, well appointed. I only wish check in was on site since we don’t rent a car, but rather bike everywhere. It was a bit of a huff to get to Tree Tops for the key.

We’re very glad as always that you liked our place! We’re also sorry that you had to bike the four miles to our concierge’s office to pick up a key. Because their office is located a short distance from where you reach Sanibel Island after exiting the only bridge from the mainland, and is directly along the route to our place, most guests stop there to pick up their welcome packet and key as soon they arrive on the island. We do plan to place a spare key in a lockbox near our front door in case of an accidental lockout during a guest’s stay. Thanks again for renting our place!

Great find for Sanibel, Florida vacation
This is a lovely property and my family especially enjoyed staying in a home rather than a hotel. We really appreciated being able to walk directly out to the beach or the pool. We were only there for a few days but we had great fun shelling, enjoying the beach and waves, as well as more privacy with fewer people than many Florida beaches. Dennis is an amazing host quickly answering any questions we had either before or during our stay. You cannot go wrong booking this property!

Perfect place in relaxing Sanibel
This place was exactly as described. Almost across the nicely heated pool, and just steps from the beach. The enclosed balcony was a wonderful spot to have our meals. The kitchen was fully equipped with quality cookware. Everything worked well - communication with the owner, picking up of the key, getting into the apartment. We had a wonderful, relaxed vacation. Would certainly come back to Dennis' place if we visit Sanibel again. And will recommend to friends and family as well. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful place to stay!
This was our first trip to Sanibel Island. It's a wonderful place to take your family! The property was very clean and in a great location. Quiet area and less than a minute walk from the condo to the beach. The condo had beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and toys to take to the beach. Very helpful when you are traveling far away from home. The owner was accommodating and very easy to communicate with. He recommended places to eat and things to do as a family. We can't wait to make another trip back here!

Perfect Family Trip!!
The condo was amazing and had every amenity one could need and was the perfect home away from home for the week! We wish would have booked the entire week there instead of only 4 nights! The pool was perfect, the private beach area was never busy, the condo was very quiet, we even used the beach chairs, towels and boogie boards that you provided. All of the communication was so helpful before we arrived. The check in and out process took less than 5 minutes. The condo was in the perfect location, only minutes from everything and it was a short walk to the absolutely amazing beach! We would recommend your condo to all of our family and friends and hope to make your place an annual trip. It truly was one of the BEST family vacations we have ever had! An excellent vacation spot
My family (my wife, myself, and two daughters ages 7 and 5) just returned from spending a week at this condo and found this condo to be a great place from which to experience beautiful Sanibel Island. First, I found the owner (Denis) to be very easy and pleasant to deal with. He clearly takes pride in his apartment and providing guests with a good experience. Second, the condo is at a very convenient location. It is an easy (less than 5 minute) walk to the beach across an easement (you do not need to cross a street which is nice if you have small children). Also, the pool is virtually right outside the back lanai. Third, the condo is well maintained and very clean and comfortable. My wife and I would not hesitate to stay here again and hope to do so again in the not too distant future.

No ocean view, however a very short easy walk to the beach and a very pretty garden view from our nice screened patio. Very well equipped with high quality utensils and cookware, hairdryers and comfy beds. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrella etc. nicely situated mid island, yet close to all attractions. We were in A-6, and we thank Dennis, the owner and his family for our wonderful vacation.

Very nice location for family visit
This is a very nice condo perfectly good for a family vacation. The beds are reasonably comfortable and the water pressure is good. The screened lanai is a bonus. It’s close to the beach and the condo is nicely stocked with beach supplies. Keep in mind however that the overall building itself is a bit rundown and crowded, the neighbors can be noisy, and the parking lot is quite hard to navigate (giant cars in tiny spaces). The pool is small and at busy times of the year is too small for the number of units in the building that share it. The sink in the condo needs repair as it makes an odd loud squeaking noise, but it works, and the dishwasher appears brand new. Plenty of room to cook and such!

We’ve had many compliments on the attractiveness of our building, and as member of the Board of Directors I’ll make sure that attention is given to any issue if needed. I’m surprised you found the pool to be crowded, most often our family finds that we are the only ones using it, even during high season. I hope you found a few times when you could enjoy it like we do. I’m glad you found our very recently renovated kitchen to be good for cooking, and I’ll contact you to find out more about the noise you heard from the sink.
