This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium with a den is a great luxury retreat.

The floor plan offers 1,554 square feet of just renovated total living area. With two bedrooms, 2 baths and a bonus den, there is plenty of space to live, work, entertain or just spread out. The view of Sanibel’s world class beaches from Compass Point 133 is unparalleled. Enjoy the view from the 250 square foot lanai which extends the entire width of the condo. The condo easily sleeps 6. The oversized master suite has a king bed, and more panoramic views of the beach and Gulf, closet, and an en-suite private bathroom with a large soaking tub & separate shower.
The guest bedroom also has a king bed and the converted den has two twin beds perfect for guests or kids. Both the guest bedroom and den are conveniently located near the guest bathroom. Compass Point 133 also has a laundry room with full sized washer & dryer.

The huge living area has space for the whole family, and the dining area is integrated as part of the open floor plan. The modern kitchen has a full stainless steel appliance package including a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, flat range stove, built in microwave, large sink, and more. The kitchen is of course fully stocked with modern countertop and hand appliances, dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware designed to accommodate nearly every need, even at maximum occupancy.

The Compass Point development is a mid-sized complex containing just 45 units in the community. Situated in the mid-island area of Sanibel, Compass Point is located directly on the beach with over 300 feet of frontage on the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1979, the complex offers floor plans of over 1,500 square feet, as well as a heated pool, barbecue gas grills, elevators (operational in late April, 2024) and covered parking. The beach is just a short walk through the tropical landscaping down the boardwalk. The new Compass Point tennis and pickleball courts, as well as a basketball hoop, are located just across the street on the north end of the Compass Point complex (available mid-summer 2024).
