We’re excited to welcome you back to Sanibel Island! This beautifully renovated ground-floor condo at Pointe Santo is open for reservations. While the property is still under construction as part of our recovery from Hurricane Ian, we’re working hard to make your stay even more memorable. We appreciate your patience as updates continue across the complex.

Step directly onto tropical grounds and enjoy walk-out beach access from your private lanai. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers gorgeous lake and Gulf views, giving you the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, the guest room includes two twin beds, and the sleeper sofa in the living room provides flexible sleeping arrangements for families or small groups.

Pointe Santo is a NON-SMOKING complex – smoking is only allowed in designated areas, not on lanais
