I have never encountered a hotel with better communication—they were proactive, clear, and operated from a consistent "place of yes." It is clear the entire staff genuinely cares about their guests. The property itself is brand new with outstanding, modern accommodations. Beyond the rooms, the resort offers excellent on-site dining and a beautiful pool area and is right on the beach. The team went above and beyond to make my parents' anniversary special, even providing thoughtful recognition with complimentary champagne and sweets.
