Very disappointed! Booked and paid for a junior suite for 4 nights as I’m at the end of 6weeks travelling, and really wanted a spa in the room. Hotel advised that spas are intentionally deactivated, and offered no other resolution. Without the spa, the room I got was a basic box, not worth the money. Noisy location, poorly finished hotel.

I had a great stay here. The view of Haeundae Beach was just outstanding from my room. My room was super clean and facilities were superb. I would definitely stay here again.

A well kept facility. Perfect for family and single folks. Room service is excellent. No issues and the stay was comfortable. I would come back here again. Location is not bad at all and central to all attractions.

I recently stayed at the NEWCZ LCT Residence in Busan, and it was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The room was exceptionally spacious, beautifully appointed, and meticulously clean, offering a level of comfort that truly stood out.
