"Struttura posizionata in un borgo letteralmente abbandonato lontano da un fantomatico posto auto se si riesce a trovare scale ,stradine a misura di uomo da percorrere prima di entrare nella struttura , bagno privo di accessori per l’igiene quotidiana , frigo bar vuoto e colazione non compresa dopo tutto il percorso obbligato da fare a piedi con valigie a seguito come minimo avremmo voluto un’accoglienza differente"

Il personale accogliente..anche l’animazione è presente ma non invasiva.Tutto è a portata di mano..spiaggia con ombrelloni e lettini personali,piscina,ristorante direttamente sul mare dove abbiamo cenato ottimamente e con la vista del tramonto sullo Stromboli .Per quanto riguarda l’appartamento l’abbiamo trovato pulitissimo ed è presente tutto.Siamo stati davvero benissimo,grazie a tutti voi"

"4 stelle è troppo per questo hotel che invece ne varrebbe al massimo 3. Frigo in camera che non fredda, segnale tv completamente assente, colazione scarna (probabilmente causa COVID-19). Utenti American Express ATTENZIONE: la struttura non è in grado di accettare pagamenti con carta American Express, nonostante al momento della prenotazione, il portale Expedia non vi restituisce nessun errore. A causa di questo disguido, il personale della reception si è dimostrato per quello che è...
