"The room we got light fixtures did not work. It smelled like mold. The restrooms when flushed made a loud noise. No iron in the room, and when I asked for one the front counter person asked if she could go in the room to check if there was one!"

"yes, air conditioning was great, soap dispensers in shower did not dispense/empty. had mold around tub area. The deodorizer/air fresher such as ForBreeze was over bearing in office and room 115. being sensitive to orders caused me discomfort and 3am this morning before I finally got some rest."

"Nice, big rooms. Great hot breakfast foods that changed daily. Cordial staff. Really good coffee. Please note this hotel is located near the sports complex of Frisco, TX. Spent 5 nights to visit family. The walls are thin and when rooms are filled with kids equals not much peace and quiet. Front desk gave me earplugs."
