The Hub on Cypress Ave - walk to downtown Sanford

Spacious 4-bedroom home with 7 comfy beds, perfect for families or large groups. Features a well-stocked eat-in kitchen, ideal for cooking and gathering. Just a few blocks from vibrant downtown Sanford's shops and dining, and only 6 blocks from the scenic waterfront. Comfort and convenience await!

On the ground floor, you'll find a large, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and an island that seats four. Adjacent is a dining table that comfortably seats eight, perfect for shared meals. The living area features cozy couches and a large TV, making it an ideal spot to relax and unwind.

The ground floor also includes a bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom conveniently located just across the hall.

Upstairs, the primary suite boasts a king bed, a twin bed, and a private en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms: one with two twin beds, and another with a king bed and a twin bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub.

Other things to note: We use one of the attached garages for storage. It has a separate entrance, so we may enter it during your stay, but we will not enter the house (you can lock it so no one can enter from the garage.) The other garage is available for your use.

We would like to kindly ask that you do not invite additional guests to the house without prior notice. We're more than happy to have you host meals, etc with additional friends and family, but we do not allow parties or underage drinking.

We love to offer early check-in and late checkout to our guests for free, but please note that it will be available ONLY if we do not have a check in/out on the same day. You may request early check-in / late checkout 1 day before your arrival / exit. If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day in order to account for that.
