"Waited over an hour for airport shuttle. No room available when we arrived late afternoon due to not having house keeping staff to clean them. After waiting 30+ minutes they gave us an "upgrade". Room was not throughly clean. Spider webs on the window. Dead bugs on the windowsill. Make up brush under bathroom vanity. Musty smell in the room."

"I couldn’t have made a better choice with this hotel.💜 The location is a huge highlight, incredibly convenient, and even the people I met during my stay kept mentioning how ideal it was. For the price, it exceeded my expectations. The space feels fresh, clean, and recently remodeled. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. What stood out the most to me was the staff. I stayed for five days, and they were consistently kind, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly. The complimentary coffee station and breakfast area were always clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated. Free parking is also a big plus. The only small suggestion I have would be to improve the hallway scent. The lobby smells amazing and very fresh, so there’s a noticeable contrast when entering the hallways. Aside from that, everything was exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be staying here again this will be my go-to spot in Orlando.💜"

"Did not feel safe at this hotel. A lot of homeless on the street out front. My interior window on first floor room was unlocked when I checked it. Airport shuttle was nice but did not start till 6:00 am and did not run after 6:00 pm"
