• Our goal is to exceed your expectations, provide a comfortable, personal experience, and give you the feeling that you are at home.
• Lounge on the front porch, take a walk to the nearby dog park or walk down Sanford Ave right out your door (This unit is pet friendly but a non refundable pet deposit will apply. Ask for details.)

What a great porch. Feel the breeze of Lake Monroe!
Walk out your front door to all that downtown Sanford has to offer. Juice, wine, coffee bars and restaurants providing; other attractions include swap shops, museums, river walk, explore the historic area in a rental golf cart, River ship Romance boat tour and The Central Florida Zoo. Or, chill on the front porch. Our vintage bungalow has been completely renovated. Bella Breeze is the front Apartment. Location, location, location!

Just enough

The place was close to many places, downtown Sanford, parks and restaurants seriously this place is perfect no complaints at all. It was just me and my 13yr old son , we had a great time here, I will definitely do it again
