"Our first room was a suite and it had blinds that couldn't be lifted. So, we asked for a new room so that we wouldn't be stuck in a dark room while working (we were in town for work). The second room was a single and about 1/3 the size of the room we paid for. We asked for a replacement room of equivalent size or to get a refund. The pool smelled weird and the hot tub had strange slime/was dirty."

"I booked this place last minute just to spend a quick night after a change of plans in our trip due to weather. The place is simply disgusting. Don’t stay here. I never thought a Wyndham branded property could be this filthy. Shame on them for not verifying the basic cleanliness of a hotel they allow to use their name."

"Room wasn’t clean. No soap or towels in the room upon check in. Dirty washcloth in the shower and empty toothpaste package on the counter. Staff was attentive when alerted. No housekeeping provided. Gym was nice and self-serve Starbucks in the lobby was decent."
