"Pulled into my room about 12a as we went to a concert..got to check in where I clearly called and chose a room with a bathtub for my child. Arrive and no bathtub and they refused to refund my money..ended up driving all night and checked in another hotel at 3a. Never again."

"We found bed bugs in our bed! They moved us to another room but we still felt uncomfortable staying there and left early. We were told they have a bug exterminator come once a month, but I have my doubts. When it comes to maintenance, I think they are just cheap. The door in the bathroom was replaced, and it was easy to tell it was not done be a professional. They seem understaffed and trying to get by on the cheap. But the bed bugs were the real reason we would never stay there again and we question whether we would stay at any comfort inn."

"Usually free breakfast is pretty bad, but this one was quite good. Mini omelets, hot cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit - plenty of choices and good quality. The beds were comfortable and we didn’t hear a lot of noise in the hotel itself or from the busy traffic outside."

"The hotel decor is simple, but clean. Parking availability is almost all at the back. Not much they can do about it. But there is lots of spaces, just far enough away to make me a bit nervous walking from the car to the doorway. There is no one around. But it was fine. Breakfast is ok.
