Our group was 2 adults and 2 kids, 10 and 11. The unit is VERY clean and everything looked very nice. The kids loved to sleep in the upstairs loft - each had their own bed and lots of room to hang out. Master bedroom was kinda small but it worked - just watch out for bumping your head on the lamps hanging next to each side of the bed. One complaint is there isn't too much lighting in the bedroom. The stand up fan was a nice bonus! Didn't have to drag ours from the car. Didn't use the deck because of the bird poop :) and we came at the wrong time of year (June) when the mayflies emerge. If bugs bother you, I do not recommend coming to Lake Erie at this time of year.Note that the washer/dryer is NOT in the unit but is all the way at the other end of the building and does cost (and must download an app to use). Wish we knew this ahead of time.The area around the building has lots of cool stores and restaurants and a nice pier. Nice area to walk around.
