Enjoy a Boathouse on the Bay in the heart of Downtown Sandusky.
- You’ll treasure your time here at The Curran Street Cove. Nestled away on the water, you can enjoy days of soaking in Lake Erie's sounds and gorgeous views. This prime spot is also located just down the street from Sandusky's historical downtown. There are bars, breweries, a distillery, kayak rentals, and so much more all within walking distance.
So, kick back and relax, and truly embrace that lakeside living. This property is a boathouse built on steel beams over the water. The livable space is up above a boat-well on the second story of the property. This would be the area that you will be renting! The lower level is under construction and will become accessible in the coming year!
