"We didn’t have any issue with noise on the second floor. Yes, we could hear the music from the bar, but the third floor would be a lot worse. We had the king mini suite, so if you want to be on the second floor, I would recommend that. My only suggestion would be more towels for a 2 night stay at f the rooms aren’t going to be serviced between nights ( which they weren’t). It doesn’t seem like it is something we should have to ask for. People with loud stereos and revving engines trying to show off on the street in front( as if anyone cared) was far more of a nuisance than the bar. We had a lovely view of the docks. Room ac worked perfectly and kept the room cool. Decor was very cute. I had a good time and really can’t complain. The rooftop bar noise was easy to overcome, I have been to hotels with drinks in the halls and screaming kids running the halls, and this was far more tolerable than that. Honestly it was just music, and from the second floor it was quite muffled."

"The beach oasis was a fun spot to spend a couple of nights for my 7 year old's bday trip to Cedar Point, only 7 mins from the park! The kids absolutely loved the retro video game and the stack of board games available. The kitchen is fully outfitted for making most vacation meals. Bed comfort was my least favorite feature but it was outweighed by comfy blankets and lots of beds for all the kids to sleep on. Bathroom amenities were ample and well stocked. 10/10 would and will book again with this host and location."

"We had an amazing stay! The house was HUGE and had more than enough space for our large group without ever feeling crowded. Everything was incredibly clean and well cared for, which we really appreciated.One of the biggest standouts for me was the kitchen. When the listing says fully stocked, they truly mean fully stocked! There was everything we could possibly need for cooking, serving, and hosting a large group, which made our weekend so much easier. It’s rare to stay somewhere and not find yourself wishing you had brought some random kitchen item from home!The entire property was perfect for a group getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place for our bachelorette weekend. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone traveling with a larger group!"

"What an amazing property! Very easy to check in, communication was great, property was very clean and welcoming. The house is so close to everything! Just be aware all but one small bedroom are upstairs. It worked for our family, being we only had one family member unable to do stairs. A few of us said that we would have loved to know the history of the house, an information sheet on the homes history would be a fun addition! We all thought the beds were very comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay!"
