Paris Meets Sandpoint – Luxury City centre Condo

Newly remodeled luxury getaway in the heart of Sandpoint — walking distance to city centre shops, restaurants, live music, and the lake. Just a 20-minute drive to Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort, this peaceful retreat is the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure on the slopes or at the beach.

The Space

Step into this beautifully designed condo where elegance meets the wilderness of Northern Idaho. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a serene, luxurious atmosphere.

Fully renovated couture kitchen with handmade cabinets, quartzite worktops, and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or cosy crockpot dinner.

Magnificent bathroom featuring pearlized tile, dual shower heads, a frameless glass door, a relaxing bench, towel warmer, and a perfectly sized niche for your favourite bottle of wine.

Handcrafted furniture & art throughout: a stained-glass mosaic dining table with sheepskin chairs, a mirror salvaged from NYC’s historic Flat Iron Building, and abalone-inlaid pieces that shimmer in the light.

Smart Frame TVs in both living room and bedroom display world-class artwork when not in use.

Cosy leather sofa with dual recliners—ideal for film nights or après-ski relaxation.

Bedroom sanctuary with an original Wyland painting, detailed closet, and dual luggage racks.

Thoughtful window treatments include solar shades for filtered light and blackout blinds for restful sleep.

Air conditioning for warm summer days and cosy heating for snowy Idaho nights.
