This cozy, thoughtfully designed 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment is conveniently located right in town and offers comfort, charm, and walkable access to everything Sandpoint is known for.

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, we cooked most of our meals at the cottage. It is within walking distance of all the shops and entertainment in downtown Sandpoint. It was clean with a real cozy home away from home feel. The hosts were very responsive and provided great communication for our stay. Highly recommend. :)

Sandpoint cottage

The property was beautiful and located in the perfect spot for exploring town on foot or on bicycle. The host communicated prior to our stay to make the check-in process seamless. So many thoughtful details were included: snacks, tips for restaurants/sights to see, and even bikes to use. Would 100% recommend!

Beautiful property!! Owner communicated all details we needed to know to enjoy our weekend in Sandpoint. Property was very clean and as described a cozy cottage. Stairs to 2nd & 3rd floor were a great workout.

Adorable!

We stayed a couple days over the holidays as very convenient to family. My only wish for the property would have been a TV on the main living level. Otherwise it was quiet and we really enjoyed our time.

Mindys cottage was very cozy and it had everything we needed. House location is central to everything in SandPoint. Bikes are a plus. Mindy was easy to communicate with and she made sure we were confortable. I would highly recommend her place!!

One night! too short a stay

First time exploring the area- wish we had longer! Mindy & family have a beautiful space here and we enjoyed use of their bikes and recommendations for meals, sights, & hikes! Pack light since it’s 15 stairs to living room/ kitchen and another 15 stairs to bath & bedroom. (Where the TV is)

Sandpoint

House has three levels so lots of stairs; awkward with lots of ski gear. Utensils and cups mismatched and lowest quality No dishwasher so many utensils were unclean and had food baked on. General furniture is lowest grade available. Dust balls and dirt around on the floors so the clean-up needs to be more thorough. Owner very good on communication, and we did not raise any of these issues with her.
