Very clean, quiet, and close to beach for swimming. Extra parking not a problem as uncovered stalls are open in case of extra vehicles will stay again if in the area.

Great Location

We absolutely loved Dover. It was away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close to everything you need. Perfect stay if you want to explore the area, go to Silverwood or just enjoy the water. We enjoyed the community and sitting on the deck. We hope to head back soon! Rental had everything we needed. The upstairs can get a little warm while the main level is way cooler. The pull out couch is very worn so hopefully the mattress is updated soon as it’s not comfortable. Everything else was great.

The price was good for the size of the home. Definitely could have been more clean. There was no access to the pool on site. When calling vacasa with questions about the home I was promised a call back without ever receiving one. I had to call multiple times before speaking with anyone who could answer my questions.
