Downtown Sandpoint Lakeside Condo

We fell in love with Idaho in 2005 and are excited to share our condo so you too can make amazing memories with your family. Our 1 bed, 1 bath ground floor condo is clean and cozy, well stocked with the essentials, and steps from lake, pool or downtown fun. 13 miles to Schweitzer mountain resort. We aren't a property management company, we live in this community and want to help you with our favorite tips and tricks to living and enjoying all Sandpoint has to offer, whether you are looking to sit on the patio enjoying the eagles flying or getting active in the lake, on the tennis/basketball courts, or in the mountains. After a long day, head back home to the condo, enjoy cooking a meal in the open kitchen and getting a good nights rest in the comfortable queen size bed or a fun movie night on the pull out sofa sleeper. Enjoy all the amenities our condo has to offer and more.

Very cute condo in the perfect location

This condo is in the perfect location for my stay in Sandpoint. It's an easy walk to town and the lake is literally right out the door. I will definitely be staying again.

Very cozy little condo right on the water. With a nice deck to sit on and drink yoir morning coffee. There's a big tree with great shade to watch the wild life on the river.

We enjoyed our stay. The listing was accurate, the unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location to downtown was great and short drive to skiing.

Ski get away

This was a great location in Sandpoint and about a 1/2 hour from Schweitzer Mountain. The condo was very inviting and comfortable with lots of extras (wine, candy, etc.) from the host. I would definitely stay there again.

Ski trip to Schweitzer

This was our second stay at this condo. Very clean and had everything we needed. Good location - walking distance to downtown Sandpoint and about a 25 minute drive to Schweitzer

Sandpoint condo

The property was great and in a great location. The only negative was the train noise. Having said that there really isn’t a place to stay where you would not encounter the train noise. I just used my white noise app on my iPhone and slept very well. The view was great and close to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Great getaway

This place was perfect! I needed to get away to meet some work deadlines and this place worked out great. I was able to walk to the trails and exercise everyday. Bed was comfortable and the place was clean. Host was great and easy to get a hold of if needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Good Sandpoint Condo

Great kitchen and living room. Decent shower, comfortable bed. Felt safer with the security gate access. Unit has a few steps to traverse between bathroom/bedroom & rest of unit. Well stocked which was appreciated. Plenty of hangers in closet to dry ski clothes each day, plus nice fan for white noise/air circulation. Easy access to load/unload each day. Waterfowl around saw ducks & geese. Close to stores.

The condo was nice and clean. Being a condo, we can hear the upstairs people quite a bit but that’s unavoidable. Location was really close to the Main Street of restaurants and shops. Could not get the tv to work tho.

SANDPOINT Condo

We loved our visit and the little condo was amazing and perfect for our stay. I would only suggest a couple things. The television was not working properly and was slow to connect w/the remote. The other issue we noticed was the heater would not come on…..or my husband and I couldn’t figure it out. All in all we had a wonderful time and loved our visit and our stay in this super cute and comfortable condo.

Great location but very dirty

We have been staying at different condos at Condo Del Sol for the last 3 years and this was a rough one. Probably 50 dead bugs on the bathroom ceiling, smelly and gross bedroom carpet, long black hairs on the sheets and we had to vacuum out the couch to use it. It's a great location and we love the pool and the walk ability, but the cleanliness of this condo wasn't great. I will say they provide towels and everything you need for the beach so if it was a little cleaner, I'd stay again. But it was hard to deal with makeup splattered bathroom walls and general griminess.

Unfortunately, not what we expected

The physical location is both good and bad. The good is its location to the historic downtown area with almost all shopping and dining within 5-10 min away. The bad. Due to its proximity to the 95 causeway (estimate about 1,000 yards away across a water inlet) and railroad, the noise is deafening almost 24/7 causing us to leave early. Will admit that its partially our fault for not seeing this however we could not get the unit number from VRBO or the Host until AFTER the cancellation cut off date) Amy our Host was very pleasant and helpful. Pay attention too, to the size of the unit which for two of us was very small with only two medium sized drawers for our clothes (the rest were filled with bedding) and a closet filled with a bed-topper (we assumed for the sofa bed) and bedding which needed to be removed in-order to accommodate our hanging clothes and stored inconveniently on the bed during the day. Ending on a positive note, the unit was well cleaned and tidy upon our arrival with an ample supply of linens, toiletries, kitchen supplies and cleaning materials.
